Safe holidays in South Tyrol

You can find all the current information about entering Italy by clicking on this link.

  • Starting January 10, 2022, the Super Green Pass (proof of vaccination or recovery) will also be required for access to hotels.

Your ski vacation:

The ski slopes are waiting for us! Finally, we can enjoy the snow-covered mountains and take breaks in the huts again. However, winter in South Tyrol is all about safety.

In ski resorts, the Super Green Pass (2-G) is obligatory from 10.01.2022.
Here are the measures for a safe and carefree skiing holiday:

  • Access to the lifts with a Super Green Pass ( this rule does not apply to children under 12 years of age)
  • Surgical or FFP2 mask in closed lifts
  • 1-metre safety distance
  • Online purchase of ski passes is preferred

Online ticket purchase and activation:

  • Buy your ski pass on   this page. A Dolomiti Superski ticket box is available in Compaccio at the ski pass office. When ordering online, a QR code is generated which can be held up to the ticket box and your ski pass will be printed out.
  • There are two options for checking the Green Pass:
    • Option 1: Go to the website and enter your first and last name, date of birth and ski pass code and upload your Covid QR code.
    • Option 2: Install the Dolomiti Superski app and enter your ski pass code and ski pass name, then upload your Covid QR code.
  • The ski pass must be activated every day. For the activation it is necessary to download the Dolomiti Superski App. The app must be connected to the ski pass and the Green Pass. This "matching" must be done daily before using the ski pass.

Our alternative conditions allow you to cancel your holiday free of charge up to 2 days before your scheduled arrival date if one of the following reasons applies:

  • Your country has issued a mandatory quarantine order for people returning from South Tyrol/ Italy
  • You live in an area which has been declared a red zone
